Henri honestly has one of my favorite builds for it. I am honestly surprised i don't see more of secondary builds on CA's. It also helps when your distracted by another ship. When you have hydro active it is really easy to win fights against DD's. The Henri being pretty good for charging into caps helps when you come across a DD not expecting to be pestered by your secondaries for the distance of 9.1. I'm not entirely sure but having IFHE might be good some times.īut i am still getting good results with it. But i had finally unlocked my Henri and i decided that it would be interesting to try it. I know that Moskva is one of the best to do it on. I'v always found it interesting to do Secondary builds on Cruisers. So i have always had a liking for doing weird stuff.
